Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-30
These terms govern your use of PulseAugur ("the app", "the service"). By installing the app or visiting the web site you agree to these terms.
The service
PulseAugur aggregates publicly available AI-industry news from RSS feeds, APIs, and social platforms. Article summaries are generated by large language models and are clearly labeled. We do not host article body text; the app links you back to the original publisher.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Bypass rate limits, abuse access tokens, or otherwise interfere with the service.
- Scrape, mirror, or wholesale republish the cluster feed, summaries, or rankings.
- Reverse engineer the service in a way that violates applicable law.
- Use the service to harass other users, the service operator, or any publisher whose work the service indexes.
AI-generated content
Cluster summaries, the daily briefing, and the "why this score" explanations are produced by large language models and are marked with an AI label. They may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Nothing in the service is professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise). Verify against the linked sources before acting on anything you read here.
No warranty, no SLA
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not commit to any uptime, accuracy, latency, or feature-stability guarantee. We may add, change, or remove features without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseAugur and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, which on the free tier is zero.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms or if continuing to provide the service would expose us to legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the app and your device record (Settings → Manage my data → Delete my account).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, except where local consumer-protection law gives you a right to your home jurisdiction.
Changes
If we change these terms, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
